Cost saving phone calls (working example)
As for the normal phone calls, all calls are routed based on the least call routing. For example; if the caller is in JB and the number to be called is located at one of its locations, then the call is routed through the VPN and terminated at the local phone exchange of the destination and thus eliminate the long distance call charge. Another example if the call is made from JB and the destination number is in Ipoh, the system will intelligently route the call to KL branch and the call charge is now from KL to Ipoh instead of from JB to Ipoh.
